Britt O'Daly

I worked in consumer goods as the Chief of Staff at Cometeer, the flash-frozen coffee, where I saw firsthand the challenges of retail execution. Previously, I worked at McKinsey, was Editor in Chief of the Yale Daily News, and wrote as a business reporter for the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, New York Times, and The Information.

Ayaz Hafiz

I fall more and more in love with CPG brands and retail every day. Prior to Treater, I worked in finance, on programming language compilers, and the infrastructure startup RWX. When I'm not thinking about retail execution, you can find me bouldering, trying to mix sets, or biking.
